Hand Woven white lattice patterned Kilim rug. This strikingly coloured slit weave kilim displays the normadic lifestyle of the rug weaver who would be spinning and dying batches of wool as they travelled. Unlike modern factory produced rugs where you would expect repetition of colour blocks in this rug the weaver has used colours to hand at the time, producing an asymmetric design. Colours used are Salmon Pink, Navy Blue, Red, Terracotta, Biege, Sky Blue, Mustard Yellow and Browns
